C-PANEL PROGRAMMING

I need someone who can write a program that will interface with our Cpanel to update domain forwards for multiple domains (over 2000). ? This will be done once a day manually, but the updates need to be performed in a batch file. This is from a programmer who is not available until August, and I need the work done sooner. I did some experimenting on my own cPanel instance to seeif there was? a trivial way to update forwarders via a text filethat could be? updated via ftp.
