Scope of Work:
1.) Finish incomplete programming for existing website that accesses multiple databases.
2.) Create Automated Email Counting System
a.) Count all incoming emails to numerous email forwarding accounts on our servers and store in database that is able to maintain relationship with current database so as to enable queries.
3.) Create Graphical User Interface for running queries.
## Deliverables
Specifications:
1) The programming needs to generate the notification and verification emails once a new email address is created.
2) If there is an error upon submitting a completed enrollment, it needs to identify the field in which the error has occurred (currently it does not).
3) The promotional code field needs to be optional and is only for our tracking purposes.
4) The dob field should not have a calendar, but a simple mm/dd/yyyy mask (and identified as so to the right of the field), on all data entry pages.
5) The University field needs to begin with "Other University" and then the remainder of the schools alphabetically.
6) If the "Other University" school is chosen, then it needs to open a box for them to enter the school and generate an email to us identifying such. Other work is required here that will need more indepth discussion.
7) If other university is chosen they should be directed to an alternative page, which simply says their email will be created within 24 hours.
8) There should be an easy way to add schools to this list in the database (like fill in the blank & submit).
9) Gender and DOB field should NOT be modifiable by the customer on the Manage Account page.
10) The weighted system should not exclude parameters that are weighted lower on the scale.
11) The query to be able to choose ALL of the parameters requested or at least have the weighted system exclude fields NOT chosen, or an "all" choice.
12) The school affiliation field, only allows for a search of one demographic when determining where to place ads, and does not allow for multiple targeting. This needs to be changed.
13) There needs to be a way to target a specific college when placing ads.
14) A domain/school relational database needs to be loaded so as to provide the customer with a cohesive way to choose which domains are available for the specific school(s) chosen. The drop-down box on the Manage Account page needs to ensure this data matches up (also identified on jpg).
15) There needs to be an easy method to add to or modify this database as we add schools and/or domain names (this includes adding additional related domain names to existing schools in the database).
16) No one should be able to create more than 5 forwarded email addresses per account.
17) Cosmetic changes as indicated in screen shots - cosmetic only - i.e. reordering fields
18.) Allow admin to query existing member database and determine how many emails per day any individual or designated group receives. Average will be based upon total number of emails received for previous 30 days, then averaged.
a.) Query can be for individual email
b.) Query can provide results for individual days, weeks, months, etc.
c.) All fields should produce results unless left blank.
19.) Query should be able to separate and provide data based uponone or more of the following criteria:
a.) name
b.) street
c.) city
d.) state
e.) zip
f.) gender
g.) school
h.) age
i.) School Affiliation (Student, Grad, Fan or any combination thereof)
j.) emailaddress
k.) emaildomain
1.) must be able to choose more than one domain also
