Custome Ebay API needed

I am looking for a developer that can accomplish a web based application for me. The application will require working with Ebays api which will be used to make a listings manager for me. Below is a brief description of the application Login page Sign up page Add campaign page Sub campaign page Add listings page Create template page Create reports The application will allow users to sign up and pay via paypal , upon completion of payment , users will be able to login, Once logged in they will create a campaign, ie cars , on the same page users will be able to add the name of the sub campaign eg: Suzuki cars , and will continue adding a full eBay listing. Once the listing is complete users will be able to choose a template which they can use to show their listing in. Campaign pages ,sub campaign pages will need to show detailed information about the listings on ebay , ie: items sold , sold price , shipping price etc. I have more detailed information about this project if anyone is interested please let me know i will discuss this in more detail with.
