i read your project details. the project is possible to do. secondly, you faced this issues becuase you gave a project to freelancer who never care for the project. the most important is 1 person can't be expert of all (designing,Developement. etc) we are the company and we follow 3 process before accepting any project. 1) detailed documentation of features and design 2) confirmation of process from your side 3) development to finish the project. one more problem you mentioned that if 1 milestone finishes and we abandon the project then files are of no use. This only happens when the documentation are not made and framework is not chosen correctly. We would Give you in laravel with 6 months bug fixing support.
