Hello, I am an experienced lead developer of a enterprise Salesforce project. I assume you already have Salesforce environment. I can deliver you a program (.exe file) which can be run from command prompt from any machine. It will let you insert any client (i.e. contact) with the information that you want to enter through command line and also can give you the search results based on the search parameter you entered. The part I need more clarification is for event reminder. So, if you entered a date or a date range or e.g. within next 30 days the program can return all the tasks which have due date in that time. Is my understanding correct? If you feel comfortable, please let me know the list of fields of contact object which you want to be entered while creating client and also the way you want to get the search results of clients. E.g. whether you want to search clients based on only Name or do you want any extra parameters as a search also. The program will require only .Net4.5 framework(free) to be installed in your machine. The program will be built on .Net-Force platform based on industry based practices. All the source files will beshared to you as a Bitbucket (Github) project. You can download at your will. The whole development will be done on my Salesforce developer org, so your org will not be affected.
