data 2 image conversion tool

Hi, Hi, we need a tool to convert data form an excel files to a gray scale images. The data is a matrix of numbers (including negative values) in the first workbook. The tool should be able to do the following: • Convert each cell to a pixel based on its value. • By default Highest value will be converted black and lowest value will be converted to white. And there should be an option to do the reverse. • The values in between will be converted to the suitable gray color based on its value and the maximum and minimum values on the source file under processing. ((this is a critical function)) • the pixels Coordinates will be same as source cell. • For empty cells within the range of the matrix in the source file there should be an option to fill them by one of the following values (minimum value, maximum value, average or zero). • The tool should be able to process xls, and xlsx file formats (excel 2003 and 2010). • The tool should give an option for the output file format (jpg, bmp, gif, png). • The output file name will be same as the source file name. • Each source file will have a matrix of numbers up to 200x200. • The tool should be able to process bulk files up to 5000 files without hanging in normal hardware (intel i3 with 4gb ram). • The tool should work in windows 7. • The tool can be MSAcess, MSExcel vba. • The tool can be anything else however, all required software to run the tool in this case should be free. • The source code need to be provided.
