Crystal Reports <--> Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Report Creation

We are running Crystal Reports and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 10. I need someone to help me create and design additional reports, but they must be specialized in Crystal Reports and Microsoft Dynamics, speak excellent English, be available by telephone or voice Skype, etc. I will release the first milestone after the FreeLancer demonstrates these skills.
