Property Tax Computation - The client requires a computation of their overall income tax, which includes capital gains from sales of residential property. - They have all the necessary documentation and information for the computation - The project has an immediate deadline Output 1. Excel File, which has the computation. 2. clearly explaining how the excel file works. Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in property tax computation (INDIA) - Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations (INDIA) - Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations (INDIA) - Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines (INDIA) an excel, where i can put the inputs for tax computation. please note the excel should support the following: 1) Land Costs. there were payments made from 9th Septermber, 2000 to 10th Jan 2003. it should have a tab, where i can put the date and the INR amount to indexed cost of acquiring land. 2) Construction Costs Estimation dont have construction cost documents. so would have to estimate that somehow within the excel. for example, the construction footage is 2000 sq ft, and it was done over the period of 2003-2005. so the estimation method has to be suggested by you, which spreads the cost over this period. you will have to provide the some reasonable methodology within the excel to account for that. 3) Improvement Costs Estimation dont have much details on improvement. however, something reasonable has to be made up. sunglasses emoji Consultation Call post sharing excel. once the excel is shared, and reviewed by me; I will setup a call to get your inputs if the computed tax value is reasonable.
