AWS SES expert to build email marketing feature

I already have an AWS SES account and we have built the email marketing feature on top of it. The tool built is very basic, but now we want to add more features like: 1. Our account is restricted due to a high rate of bounce, so get it unblocked 2. Unsubscribe option 3. Display via [login to view URL] in the email delivered 4. Setup multiple SES accounts to handle the higher email counts rather than using a single account where we hit the rate limit every day 5. Verify the email existence when added to the email list 6. Still if the email was sent and bounces, then make sure that in the future none of the campaigns can send email to this email id 7. Send a test email before publishing it Only the above-given features are needed
