Android Studio with kotlin : set square dynamically on an image

I am looking for a developer to create an Android Studio application with Kotlin in order to set square dynamically on an image for a personal project. The design and functionality level that I need is intermediate, and the application should be tailored to fit tablet device size. The project scope includes programming in Kotlin in order to be able to set square dynamically on an existing image. All relevant project deliverables should be outlined in the bid. Information to draw the squares are store into a array with this structure : data class squares( var esquers: Array<squareinfo> ) data class squareinfo( var positionx: Int, var positiony: Int, var backColor: Int, var description: String ) ) For each element into the square array, we need to draw a square at position positionx, positiony, with the color backColor and the text description. After the the square set in the image , we can move it with a long click. with a short click we onpen a toast with the square information (descripction and position).
