Augmented Reality (wikitude) consultar

We are in the process of developing a remote assistance augmented reality app. Though we do not possess the expertise in AR development, we would like to develop our projects in house, therefore we need a consulter who can guide us in right direction and also help us out when we are stuck. Initially we want to develop the application only on the android platform. Presently we have achieved live camera stream transfer using tcp sockets so the live feed is transferred from one device to another, but now we are stuck in plane detection and object anchoring on the device which is receiving the camera stream, post that we also want the same ar view to be displayed on the device which is sending the camera stream. We initially tried it with arcore but then we realized arcore dosent work on external camera feed, so now we are going with wikitude with input plugin api to access the remote camera feed.
