Music Streaming Social Network App Development

I'm in need of a skilled computer programmer to create a music streaming social network app for both Android and iOS. The app should embody the following features: - User Profiles: Users should have the ability to create and manage their profiles, including personal information, profile pictures, playlists created, posts created etc. - Music Library: An extensive, user-friendly music library should be integrated into the app, allowing users to easily search and browse for songs. - Social Sharing: It is essential that the app also includes social sharing capabilities, enabling users to share their favourite tracks, playlists, and posts with their network. - Search and Browse: Search for other users' accounts to follow/request to add. - In-app chat/messaging: To be able to message your network of added users, or users following you, and send a one-time prospective message to accounts you follow/want to add if the other users allow so. - Posts' Feed: All registered users can make posts, which will be seen on their user profile, and can be seen on feed of other users. In terms of user interaction with the music library, I envision the following: - Search and Browse: Users should be able to effortlessly search for specific tracks, albums, or artists, and browse through the available content, which has approval of permission of the Public Performance Rights from BMI or ASCAP, Sound Recording License from the big 3 record labels, and Musical Composition Licensing Agreements, also from BMI or ASCAP - Create Playlists: The app should enable users to create and curate custom playlists based on their music preferences. - Like and Comment: Users should be able to interact with the music library by liking songs or playlists, as well as leaving comments on the content. As for the design preferences for the app, I'm looking for an elegant design that is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. The app's interface should be intuitive and easy to navigate, reflecting a sense of sophistication. Ideal skills for this job would include experience in mobile app development, particularly in Android and iOS platforms, as well as expertise in music streaming technology and social network app development.
