Draw Vector Art to Animate Photograph Portrait

I have a photograph portrait which I would like animated. (NOT moving animation -- just a static, single image file) I have already started on the animation, but I need your help to finish it. The following changes need to be made to it. * Delete startburst-style lines coming out from behind me * Less red swoosh around arm on left side, so we still see the cuff link on left - move the swoosh higher up. * I really like the wraps that go around/behind me to give that texture/depth!! Can we add more of these to see how it would look? * For the skyscraper background graphic in the bottom background -- can you add a few more skyscrapers from other worldwide cities? so it's not a common NYC skyline behind me (right now it looks decidedly NYC). My favorites skyscrapers are: - Petronas Towers in KL, Malaysia - Sears Tower in Chicago, IL - Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong Thank you. Let's have fun with this.
