I am looking for a 3D animator to create a 30-second explainer video in a cartoon style. The purpose of the animation is to explain a concept or product. Although I have a rough idea of what I want, I am open to suggestions from the animator. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating cartoon-style animations and be able to bring characters and elements to life in a visually appealing and engaging way. Story board - scene1: pic of hill noting height of flood zone nothing from you here 1-4 sec scene2: superimposed crawl space shows flood waters entering nasty crawl space water standing in crawl space, yuckiness is displayed, water entering the crawl space door, cracks & crevices and the air vents that are ground level 6-8 sec scene3: superimposed crawl space showing that the crawl space is below grade 12" this can be achieved by highlighting the ground & flashing the perimeter of the crawl space, maybe with flashing down arrows around the crawl space 9-11 sec scene4: after the 'FLOOD SOLUTION SEARCH' prints out at the top the 'houses interior' starts 'searching' by rapidly flashing blueprints 12-14 sec scene5: when 'dehumidifier: wrong application" flashes so should the superimposed crawl space flash red 15-16 sec scene6: when 'sump pump: too expensive' flashed red the superimposed crawl space flashes red along with an outline around the perimeter of the crawl space that leads to a basin sump pump 17-19 sec scene7: when 'FLOOD SOLUTION FOUND:' flashes green the 'blueprint flashing' inside the house stops and starts flashing much slower the CAD drawings 20-22 sec scene8: as the CADs start to flash the installation process begins, I have more CADs than there are pieces that will be installed for simplicity. order of installation is important the float panels will be challenging to describe but they are just large pieces of plastic 7.5'x25' long or you can make them the length of the house. They hang on the poly wall hangers and are taped in between the piers with the float tape. Please review our website to better understand or you can video call me 23-26 scene9: after the installation process is finished it starts to rain showing the rainwater entering the crawl space and the air vents showing water entering under the poly maybe with a lighter blue color showing it migrate under the 'float panels' rise and then descend 27-30 Please include the sound over with a futuristic typewriter effect & the house & world processing or computing data.
