10 minutes of animation showcasing specified football actions - TacticalPad or Tactic3D

I'm looking for a contractor who combines knowledge of football training concepts with animation technology. The goal of the project is to create 10 minutes of animation showcasing specified football actions, using one of the following programs: 1 - TacticalPad [login to view URL] 2 - Tactic3D [login to view URL] Assumptions and requirements: 1 - You will receive video footage of the designated on-field actions that we want to visualize in a 3D presentation from the perspective of the players we indicate. 2 - The contractor's task is to outline the course of the designated actions on the field for animation purposes. This involves indicating the positions of the players who will be visualized, including players in the background of the first-person perspective actions (the perspective of the player executing the action). Indicating player and ball movements. 3 - Generating 3D VR videos with the assumption that the imagery is visible from the first-person perspective of the players executing the actions. The viewer won't have the ability to look around but will see the actions from the perspective of the player executing them. Initial and final boards should be added. Other requirements: 1 - No watermarks or logos on the final video. 2 - Generating the 3D model in open 3D file formats (TacticalPad or Tactic3D) along with a version of the output video for VR. 3 - Soundtrack – only stadium ambiance (neutral without content) and, in cases of actions resulting in goals, match applause. 4 - Copyrights to source material and output videos. 5 - Before proceeding, we expect a few seconds of a 3D animation sample using the demo version of TacticalPad or Tactic3D. This will serve as a quality benchmark for the video. Subsequently, during the production phase, we can agree on delivering the material in parts and making partial payments, including license fee negotiation.
