Convert PyTorch Model to MLModel (Apple) And integrate it (pre/post output processing)

I have a PyTorch model that needs to get converted into MLModel. As well, build a sample app that feeds the model with inputs and gets and processes the model output. Deliverables Xcode sample project. I need eventually an Xcode project purely in Swift, that use native Swift (no third party none-Swift based) to handle everything. So an app that pick an image and a mask (stupid-simple mockup), and results in an inpainted image. Also involves conversion of the PyTotch model to MLModel using coremltools (Apple official Python library to covert models) and use it for the inputting process.
