Build a website\server linked to arduino

hello everyone , i'm searching for someone to build a website or server linked to arduino , the function of this website is to send string characters to the arduino , and stock them as string variables , and if there is the possibility to send images . More exactly , the function of this website is to create a quizz or QCM with multiples questions and choices of the question ,and send them to the arduino so it can interact with arduino , espacially with a LCD screen.
