This guide is crucial for guiding our content team to create a high-quality and engaging blog, ensuring alignment with our overall content strategy. Key Details for the Blog: Blog Title: [will be provided] Keyword: [will be provided] Target Word Count: 2,500 words Audience: [will be provided] Secondary Keywords: [will be provided] Focus Areas for the Brief: - Content Coherence: Each section title (h2, h3, h4) should be related to the main title and follows a logical flow. - Natural Tone: Avoid a robotic tone; using engaging, question-based titles. - Secondary Keywords Usage: Use at least 70% of secondary keywords in H2 headings - Avoid Generic Keywords: Our software is transcription software, we already have many blog posts with “What is transcription”, etc. So your titles should not only focus on transcription but it may include transcription related keywords as well as a combination of your main or secondary keywords. Focus on given main and secondary keywords rather than generic ones. - Promotion of Transkriptor: Ensure that Transkriptor is appropriately mentioned, either in a H2 or H3. Your outline should include, h2 and h3 titles (mostly in question format), FAQ questions, short description of what each section will talk about. We have attached an example brief to guide you.
