I'm pleased to be able to submit a proposal along with my bid as it allows me to ask some questions to clarify my assumptions. Since I don't know what the product in question is or how it is to be used, I'm assuming that you will provide the fundamental information & step-by-steps that you have in mind? Then I assume that you have photographs and/or illustrations available that you'd like to see in the booklet? If your expectation is for the freelancer to take photographs, I'd be able to fulfill the brief provided the product is something that I could access somehow. Creating illustrations might also be workable, depending on the complexity of what we're looking at (my illustration skills rank around the 60th percentile). Other than that, I believe that I am a good candidate for the job due to my experience as trainer helping people to learn new skills and knowledge. I know how to organize information & create logical sequence descriptions to help people grasp new concepts.
