Indesign CS4 Newspaper templates

I need an Adobe Indesign CS4 newspaper template for my newspaper publishing business. The template should have sections for a typical newspaper and should be up to 16 pages. The template should be easily editable and flexible. i would love for the cover front page to be simple more pic than writing. Ex: 2 ears for ad, My company logo in the middle of the ears . big headline in the middle of the page . 3 headline pic on the left and a big pic on the cover in the middle. i want it for next week.
