Hello - I'm looking for a screenwriting partner who might be interested in joining me on a creative journey in shaping a short film script I'm currently working on. The script/film will be around 15-20 minutes in length. It's two characters in one location. I'm interested in people who have a background in writing for the theater (as this is a dialogue/character driven story in a single location) I have written a lengthy treatment and complete outline with a full breakdown of act structure; potential themes; log lines; complete scene outline/description and some dialogue samples. As well, quite a few research articles and reference links. Also, I'm currently researching the topic even further with a few experts and will be sharing their insights/inputs with you as well. Within the document I described above, I have several questions and comments about the structure and scenes. These are open questions for another writer (you!) to comment on or open windows for you to be able to come up with specific solutions and ideas. If we feel we have a strong creative connection, I'd love to expand our collaboration into more short and feature projects I'm currently working on. A long term writing collaboration is a something I strive for! As long as we feel we are working well off each other. Writing credit of course will be shared. What I'm most interested in about you: Your personal taste for cinema and theater. Who are your favorite filmmakers/films? Who are some of your favorite playwrights?
