Write some Articles : I need a few dedicated writers to write articles for my personal blog

I need a few serious writers who can start right from today. Hiring is based on the performance in a short test. Payment would be Rs. 8/1 .35$ for a 600 word article . Promising writers with excellent skills would be be offered a hike of 10% after every 20 working days 1) You must have an excellent command over English with proper grammar usage and good sentence formation. Good vocabulary is a must. 2) You must research well and come up with 100% original articles. 3) Time bound delivery, you mustn't deviate from the deadlines. 4)Must be able to deliver at least one daily.
