New Home page Design

I need a new design for the home page. I have attached a sample that i did. (really rough) i copied some of the items from other pages.. basically everything i need in in there but i need it to look much much better... if you have any other ideas you can add them in there. I dont want it to look too busy. but when you come to the site i want the primary focus to be the newsletter sign up. I want that in the top right hand corner. (i want the text to say "Get an INSTANT 10% off for signing up Now! " and then "FREE Tips & Tricks" instead of FREE newsletter) then on the left i want all the text with the headings. i want a Whats New? with an image. This image will be changing so maybe it should go right under the newsletter sign up. (in that image i want to show any new promotion or anything there.. This image can change so i just need a good spot for it) I want to display the popular brands, and the other 2 types of products we sell on the home pgae. So colors, halloween and rx. I also want another promo "Get a FREE pair of Glasses with your purchase of $150 or more" I attached a sample of my wonderful photoshop skills (joke) please make it look better then what i did
