Poster Designer Required Urgent

I am looking for a creative designer who has flair and vision to work in conjunction with me to create some posters and stickers. I dont want somebody who can simply do the job I want somebody who will put some creative input into it, and come up with ideas to make the posters alive. They will be based on our current branding and colours and are being made for the Xmas market to sell our Gift Vouchers. There will be 3 designs all very similar but minor changes on each We will be printing 1400mm x 800mm also 845mm x 595mm and some hand rail stickers 300mm x 50mm We need these images in hi definition of course for the print. In brief the theme is a xmas and the buying of vouchers More details to the right person. I will supply our website and current pdf work we have done so far, so we can improve on that work together and make the final article NO BEGINNERS!!!
