Paypal payment functionality on webpage

The project entails making a page where a customer uploads some information and then pays for a service by paying through paypal. The webpage template will be provided which will give you the graphic design of the page and then it is up to you to code it all so it can perform these duties. Here is a run down of exactly what is required: ADVERTISING SALES (webpage) This page is where advertisers can purchase advertising space. When advertisers go to purchase advertising space the following details will be collected: Contact details: - Business Name - Contact Name - Contact Position title - Contact Phone - Contact Email - Business Address - Business City - Business State - Business Postcode Advertisement order details - Campaign Name - Select type of advertising (listed below) * Advertising options: o 728 x 90 pixels o 230 x 90 pixels o Premium Advertising Splash page (insert pictures of these advertising options from rate card) - Campaign start date - Number of months for advertising - A browse button which once clicked on will then allow the user to select a banner to upload (please allow for up to 10 banners to be uploaded). - banner description - destination URL (for where banner is clicked through to or where premium advertising page is directed to) - banner alt text (displayed when the mouse cursor over banner) The rate prices differ for each depending on how many banners are required and for how long (email me if you get to the stage of coding for rates and I can email the rates to you). Once all details have been uploaded, the customer is taken to Paypal to pay for the advertising (depending on advertising and banner order). After the payment has taken place and been confirmed an email containing all contact details and the banners is then sent to a certain email address.
