113445 RSS Feed Display

I am looking for someone to write a ASP/Javascript code for an RSS feed reader. We currently have a RSS feed that shows headlines just like the one in the link below. [login to view URL] What I am looking for is my own version of this script. I am attaching a picture so you can EXACTLY which part of the page I am referring too. The code would be required to have the ability for me too. 1. Define Font Color, Weight, ETC. 2. Transparent Background 3. Ability to set a color background. As I said the RSS Feed Already exsists I need someone to take the Feed and have it displayed like Reuters does on thier website. Any questions please PMB.
