C# asp.net Job for a Global Marketing Agency

Our client is a global design agency. They have an c#-based asp.net and SQL Server driven CMS system that was hand coded and is completely open for customisation. The CMS needs some additional functionality, the look and feel of the front end must stay the same it is in the back end the changes need to be made. Change list: * The homepage of the site consists of a large animated flash homepage (the flash file reads a static xml file), the client would like to be able to update the flash content via the admin area. * There are 2-3 additional xml-configured flash files on other pages which also required need to be editable from the admin area. * The homepage needs to determine if the user is accessing the site via a mobile device or tablet and display and alternate version which doesn't use flash. The alternate version would preferably use the same images & text used by the flash file however it would be static html instead. * Currently the admin area allows the client to upload images however the client has to manually size the images before upload. The images now need to automatically resized to their correct dimensions after upload. * The video player used in the site is not reliable, they require an alternative player and a way for them to upload/link to videos in the CMS. * News items need to be automatically archived after a admin adjustable period of time. * A few other minor html changes to the admin & front end pages. The URL for the site will be given once an initial bid is made, then once you've had a look at the system we can agree on a more accurate fee.
