Online Courier Management System

We are looking for a company to make a complete online courier management system. We can afford up to 5000 USD - 7500 USD (maximum- if exceed reason). You must specify how many people will work and how many days it will take. The project must be complete within 2 months. We are looking for 2 months support also. Modification we will ready to pay extra. But we need best solution as possible. We have centralized server. We need the following modules Order & dispatch, Customer Information’s, Driver management, Billing & A/R, Accounting reports, etc... We are more preferring a company already made the project. Other companies/ Freelancers also prefer if you can give better solution.
