Convert the four attached files (taken from an Asterisk 11.17.1 install) into a format suitable for Asterisk 13. In particular, migrate the sip channels to pjsip. Also, the parking lot configuration needs to be moved into a parking-specific file, instead of being in features.conf. Other minor updates may be required as well. (The passwords in the files have been replaced with fake ones.)
