Design sound for 5 minutes walk-through

Good evening. This is my treatment:- I will have sound effects that will support the visual where necessary frame by frame. Eg, when the fireworks come in the beginning of the film etc....will have sound to support that movement. also will come up with atmospheric sound, folly, and music where necessary. I can also have new music that will flow better with the visuals if need be. finally i will send seperate sound elements and a final mix. Thank you. Regards, Moses Thimba.
