Hi, I'm Reinhold Sagastume I work in Audiolab Studios. We've working for almost 8 years creating and editing songs for Ringtones and Ringback tones for the major mobile carriers of Guatemala. Our main job was to download music, choose the right time to chop and then export them to 10 different audio formats. We have a lot of experience chopping and slicing audios, and the same experience getting high quality mp3. Not only find higher bitrate files, but we check that a 320Kbps file has the right quality and that is not a 128Kbps up sampled to 320. We work with all the major DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, FL, Cubase, Studio One) and also we work with audio editors as Sample Manager, Izotope Ozone 6, Wavelab and other. I am very proficient in Ableton Live and have been a user since version 5, but if you would prefer for me to work in a different DAW I'll have no problem with that. Considering what you stated in the pdf I'm assuming that the brand of DAW is not essential to your needs, but rather you need someone who is proficient in one just to do all of the editing properly. Either way, I am capable of performing this task at the fraction of the cost and time that it would normally take other professionals!
