I am familiar with Aplicad Roof Wizard but I can do quantity takeoff more complicated than roofing. My experience in residential building design is over 12 years and I have over 7 years experience in residential quantity estimate. I can do manual takeoff if necessary. My basic knowledge in quantity estimating is important to do this job. There is no room for error in this field of work. Mistakes can easily cost significant amount of money. The rate that I specified is significantly lower than my actual rate here in New Zealand.
