I need 3 flash banners created: 728x90, 300x250, 160x600.
All banners will be animated based on video I give you. They will also have lots of areas of text descriptions. The final should be a .SWF banner, with the clickTAG variable used. I also need the "source code" for the banner so I can make changes. The banners should be as small as possible, but also immediately start showing the video upon banner loading.
Please also have MSN Chat so we can work on the details of the 3 banners.
Budget is $75 total for 3 banners
Also I will need more banners in the future, so hopefully we work out well and can do more projects.
