Finalize CAD Drawing and Produce Structural Design Aspects

Details I am the new owner of a home that was partially finished. The basement and garage have been constructed. The house has electric, water, and GeoThermal (pex-hot water) piping embedded within the concrete floor for heating. The existing basement is a walk-out basement with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area, utility room, laundry room, and large mud room. There are stairs leading down to the basement from the front of the home, and the rear of the basement looks out over the sloping rear yard. I have an AutoCAD drawing of the existing structure and the structure to be constructed on the basement foundation. The drawing is started but needs to be finished. I would like the design to be upgraded from it's current 3D framework to a fully rendered drawing with solids, textures for stone siding and finishes (to be recommended by the Architect), dimensions, and present finishes that are currently not included with the drawing. I will provide the drawing prior to your quoting a final price or accepting the project. I will need the structural design aspects of the house to be added to the design to meet US Building codes. I will need the drawing to include geothermal, plumbing and electrical design components with connection to existing geothermal, electric, and plumbing systems in the existing structure. The home currently has two 200 amp electric services, and two 4" diameter capped drainage pipes to the septic system. There are three open zones to connect to the existing geothermal system. I will need the dimensions of laminated structural beams to be calculated. With the number, location, and dimensions presented with the drawing. I would like the drawing to include all finishes, windows, trims, doors, sils, siding, fascia, etc. to as great a detail as possible. I would also like the drawing to present all dimensions on layers for all aspects of the home including; electrical, plumbing, window opening, door openings, recessed lighting locations, cabinetry, etc. I would also like a materials list for the home detailed for each component incorporated into the design ie. the number of electrical switches, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. Please let me know if you are interested.
