Invoice OCR/ICR outsource, app or saas

I require service to OCR/ICR invoices. I receive 6 different invoices on a regular basis and require extraction of data from these invoices. Invoices can be in tif/pdf image format or native pdf (text) format. Invoices are generally 100-300 pages but some can be up to 2,000 pages, maybe more. These are telecommunications invoices with summary charges and call details and I require all data from the invoice in a file - CSV or MS Access. Your process should be fast and accurate. Ideally we would agree a rate per page or for up to 100 pages then per page after that. Please respond with your experience with similar projects, what you can offer me and indicative pricing. I would also be interested in a software or saas solution.
