Business plan - Debt Recovery Agent

I’m looking to engage the services of a professional business plan writer. The business plan to be composed will be for the expansion of an existing Debt Collection Agency (Mercantile Agency) in the state of Queensland (Australia) The person selected will need to complete a ‘comprehensive and detailed’ business plan from start to finish including financial projections and costings for expanding the business here in Australia. A bonus payment will be offered if the plan meets all requirements and expectations. To be considered for this job I will need to see a sample of your work which I will use to determine your skill set and suitability. If you have previously completed a business plan for a debt collection agency this will be highly regarded. Please take note that upon completion of this job, I expect to receive a similar looking business plan to the samples you provided during the hiring phases (quality, graphics, content and writing style). Do not send work that you did not 100% complete 100% Expected deliverables will include: 1. A “best practice” business plan that will be presentable to a bank/financier to obtain secured finance for expansion capital. 2. Lots and lots of research will be required to deliver this BP. Research will include but not limited to the following o competitors in Australia and local area (Queensland) , o Business statistics ie number of small and medium businesses in region (the opportunity) o Australian current economic position and downturn in the Global economy o Insolvency, court actions, judgement, personal bankruptcy data in Australian and break down to QLD. o Who the best B2B online and print companies are in Queensland to advertise services, offer debt advice, case studies, insolvency data, best practice credit risk solutions. o Late payment data in QLD and Australia and the impacts late payments have on small and medium businesses (failed business numbers) 3. Financial data to include, Current P & L showing full expenses and revenue + projected growth numbers. A basic document will be provided outlining the business to give you the foundation of what the BP is designed for and flavour of what we are looking for.
