vid chat

Good day all, am looking for a stand alone exe video/voice chat software, similar to ICUII with some minor flash/advertisement around the the top or where even, very importand with admin side to monitor menbers, with feature such as ban, disable users and must be upgradable, able to add new features, able to run on client puter, connected to my server. software must be trial version for 20days at wich time, a code key must be purchase to a register version. The Designer/Developper must be available for yealy update, or year and half.
