c/c++ with SendKeys to control MS Windows

Need a 2 hour turnaround, this is hot Please make this COMPILER INDEPENDENT, already one person said he did this, but requires Visual Studio (to me that was a Visual Studio 2005 program, not a C++). This should work at with a command line compiler c++ [login to view URL] etc. Don't waste each other's time, can not accept an exe as it can not be put on my company computer and already someone gave me a virus. Don't ask please to send me a test exe, I will NOT do that. Please note I am waiting to PAY someone for this, but so far, everyone who I awarded either did not accept or went away for more than a day without updates. This project is already late, and need someone who ALREADY knows this and can put it together in about 15 minutes. It is not a big piece of work. Please provide the setup and or compiling instructions. Program running on Windows, need 2 examples of “sendkeys” operations. Can you do this quickly?
