( cost of possible encoder licenses to be born by us) 3) Configure entire system so that following will be possible : - Simultaneous View of professional camera to flash player on lowest to 3gp stream at lower bit rate for andriod and other smartphone devices. - Simultaneous hls stream for iphone and ipad. - Support for adaptive bit rate set a quality based on bandwidth.
