Simple application: webcam capture + print out

This application is very simple but my main concern is the deadline and developer response back time. Refer to [login to view URL] between 00:36 and 01:15 The application will be simmilar to this one. General requirements: R1. The application should be done by 25/05 14:00 (GMT); R2. The developer needs to provide fast response; Techincal requirements: R1. Application needs to run under Windows 7; R2. The video will be connected to a 21.5" screen, so the application needs to look nice on it; R3. Preferrable written in .NET ou any other code that can be changed by me afterwards; Application requirements: R1. Once launched, it will show a simple slideshow (3 alternating effects between pictures) with random pictures previously captured on the webcam; R2. Once mouse clicked, it'll show a screen (see attached [login to view URL]) containing basically the 'grey door' + a 'start' button. Once 'start' is clicked, it issues a sound (any) and shows the grey 'door' opening and starts capturing the webcam and straight away shows also a timer of 3 seconds (issues a sound for every second) and capture the first picture (issues a capture sound), then shows again the timer and captures the second picture and so on until the 4th picture; R3. After capturing all pictures, a message will be shown for 5 seconds and the slideshow comes up again (refer to R1); R4. The 4 captured pictures need to be pasted in a template (see attached [login to view URL]) that will be printed out in a thermal printer (paper size height 15cm X width 10cm)
