URGENT: csharp project needed itunes and google play

this is a csharp project i need to harvest itunes and google play ratings. i want to harvest the accounts for username, real name(if possible), ratings, email adress and downloads. i will explain in detail how the software will find the results. i may need some help on itunes i want a multi threaded and high speed software, that will harvest >100.000 accounts per [login to view URL] you also build in the option for me to upload urls by doc or excell or csv list? The tool also must filter the duplicate content. it must be very user friendly; easy to use. Can you let me know if you can do this and how much it will cost? I dont have a large budget, so please give me a grood price. I need the software in 1 or 2 days!
