C++ NetBIOS communication module to connect to server and basic C# test app

I require a communication module created in C++ to make use of an existing DLL to open and maintain a session with a server, and to allow client application to connect via TCP / XML. I have the DLL with documentation, and also the code of an old working C++ test application that uses the DLL to open a session with the server. I require 1) a console application created in C++ to connect to the gateway 2) a basic test application (C# form) that will connect to the console application and send/receive data to the gateway A full test environment can be provided in a virtual PC image. Additionally I can provide remote login to a virtual PC that is setup with the test application and other items to demonstrate the project.
