Utility to re-configure MSR90 Credit Card swipe reader USB device

I require a command-line utility program to change the settings stored in an "MSR90" Credit Card swipe reader USB-HID device. A rudimentary, interactive configuration program ([login to view URL]) is available for the MSR90 device. [login to view URL] I have this utility. It successfully reads, edits and writes the MSR90 device configuration. But it does not allow the configuration I require. The required configuration is the default settings plus an (F7 key) prefix on the string generated by the device when a credit card is swiped. Advertisements for the device also state that a DLL is available for the device. I have not obtained this DLL. The program you need to write can be in any language of your choice. It needs only to run on Windows. A minimum of Windows XP and .NET v2.0 may be assumed. It should run without requiring user interaction, and may be a simple console mode program. Any parameters to the program should be in the form of 'name=value '. When run, it will download into the MSR90 device a configuration as described above. If easier, you may read the existing device config, add the 'F7 key' prefix, and write the config back to the device. Copyright is owned by me. Right to reuse any and all code is granted to you.
