Directshow Virtual Capture Filter from C# WPF Visual Element

I need to get the Video data I generate in my C# WPF Application in a Visual Element (which has a visualbrush as source) to a Directshow Capture Filter which can be used in streaming applications like FMLE or XSplit. It needs to be able to have 60 fps at reasonable performance. Your job is to write this Capture Filter. I can provide a sample WPF application if needed.
