CONTINUE PROJECT IN C# VIDEO MAKER VOICE OF TEXT TO SPEECH

Hello I am looking for a C# Visual studio Microsoft developer to continue a project that was abandoned by a Freelancer.com developer I am looking for someone serious and competent in C# technology. who can take over the VIDEO MAKER OF TEXT TO SPEECH application project which is already developed with Video studio C# and MOvieMaker. the software allows to scrape only 1 website in particular [login to view URL] and I would like to add a function that allows to scrape any blog or tutorial site to make a text to speech video. the function will have to be able to adapt to other wordpress tutorial blog and if it's not possible to do it in automatic to be able to give him the url of another website and to have the possibility to adapt it according to the css tag of the other site to scrape. once set, you launch the scrap and it becomes a text to speech video + image currently this application allows to convert a page of the website [login to view URL] in Video : image + voice text 2 speech . everything is already developed and works very well but for a single internal site [login to view URL] ?
