Create structure and graphic design C# project

Im making a program in C# that creates a browser object and helps clients to navigate inside it (like a normal browser) In the meantime, while i do the core part i need you to make the structure of the project (menu, mdi screen etc) with a bit of the design (maybe using devexpress) So, the program should be done in .Net 4 The project is longer that i have written here but i prefer to go step by step. We will have a main screen that should be the MDI parent with the menu. 1) I need you to create a C# project and try to make it "fashion", i dont want a Da Vinci design but something nice to the user. I dont know exactly how to do that, i know devexpress can be used to do something more or less nice. 2) In devexpress there is a template that has the menu and some "squares" like buttons. Like in the screenshot i uploaded 3) First screen will have a username and password screen to log into the system. (here there is no menu) 4) Menu : New Robot / See Robots / General Configuration / Tutorials / About us 5) Main screen (thats means once you get into the program) will have the robot dashboard, you will have to do one square by robot filling the screen from left to right with this information inside each square.
