I have a Cleaning Services Company providing indoor cleaning for a property, our customers are individual clients who needs a maid to visit them for some hours to do general house maid activities.
Our deal is 2 different deals 1- for a regular request customer. 2- for On-Call request, the prices is related to the location and to the deal type and to the duty period required (how many time per week or month is required amd how many hours for each visist) so it is deferent customer wise. They pay cash or partially in advance or later after invoicing
We have 3rd type of customers who request a work as cleaning project, that will be under a contract specify the contract amout and the terms.
Our staff is a different maids with different contract and different Salaries.
I am looking for having a software helps me to arrange my work in 2 direction
1- with customers, preparing the daily schedule, which customer, which maid, which date, which fees
So the software will allow me to fill the information of the request, then automatically will give me the calendar for this customer and the maid.
2- with my staff to allow me to input the all information of the maid such as her personal information and salaries, then the software will give me the monthly salaries report showing the basic salary amount and the overtime, for each maid, driver, secretary.... Etc.
The software need to give me financial reports also, also some reports related to the individual customer or related to the maid... Such (this customer used this much of services hours with this much income), (this maid worked tgis much hours with tbis much income).. Etc
