Microsoft Exchange and IMAP (Gmail) email reading and processing

Our CRM requires reading users' email accounts and storing selected emails into a local database. Given a list of users' email account, the software will need to connect to the email server (Microsoft Exchange or IMAP/Gmail) and for each email account, get the list of recent emails from the inbox and read the email headers. After that, the software will need to match received emails with contact emails in our CRM. If there is a match, the software will need to get the full email (content and attachments) and post it to a RESTful service. Work involved- 1) Using C#, create a routine that connects to a Microsoft Exchange email account using "Microsoft Exchange Web Services Managed API". 2) Using C#, create a routine that connects to connect to IMAP email accounts using the opensource library "[login to view URL]" 3) For each registered email account, select its type (Exchange or IMAP) and run one of the routines above. Keep track of the datetime and collect any new email headers. 4) For each received email header, compare the sender's email address against the CRM contacts list. 5) If a match is found, contact again Exchange/IMAP to read the full email. 6) Post the full email (header, content and attachments) to a RESTful service (to be provided) 7) create a routine that runs all this process above every X minutes.
