I am a builder and need CAD service to develop working drawing for residential room addition. I prefer Vectorworks. I will provide you with a conceptual main floor plan in Vectorworks and you will need to develop basement plan and elevations. I will provide you with working drawing of the original house. Maybe some simple conceptual plans necessary before final plans are approve by the customer. When using Vectorwork I would be able to do minor tweaks or add necessary notations.
