Hello Sir Its an easy task for me we can you ATMEGA328AU QFP chip as MCU for that. it has 8 10bit analog input pins, 14 digtal I/O pin. all 10 analog input is also possible. if you need more precision then we can use external 22bit analog input to SPI/I2C output chips. For for power outputs(if require current more than 20mA) we can use transistors or mosfet. Coding part is also easy for this task.
